Nominations were solicited to replace the upcoming open position currently held by Mickey J. Golden, DVM on the Alabama State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners (ASBVME). Dr. Golden is not eligible for reappointment and his term will expire on September 16, 2021.
The ALVMA Legislative Committee would like to thank those who submitted nominations as well as those who have agreed to be considered for this position. The ALVMA Legislative Committee confirmed that each nominee met the requirements to fill this position and are pleased to announce the candidates whose names will be submitted to Governor Ivy for her selection.
